You walk in worlds I can only imagine,
You are above and below and by my side.
I run for cover but you will always win,
Try so hard but from you I can never hide.
You’re beauty, glory, fantasy undying,
I will never know the taste of your passion.
I am a mere mortal in your light bathing,
No love out of this could you ever fashion.
Hard to see when there’s nothing left to live for,
I was a fool, no more, I have awoken,
Time slipping away until there is no more.
You will be banished for now I have spoken,
My love for you would have lasted a lifetime,
But my time has come, I will forget in time.
