A Haunting Tale

A Haunting Tale.

Im feeling so tired, must go to bed,
need to lay down, rest my poor head,
my husband is sleeping, I snuggle up close,
he jumps up in bed, looks like he saw a ghost,

I stroke his poor face, what is it my dear,
he screams in my face, you died last year,
what is his problem. can he not see,
if I dont care, neither should he,

He jumps out of bed runs for his life,
so I snuggle up close to his new wife,
she screams and runs, hits her head on a shelf,
now I have the bed, all to to myself,

I smile to myself, I dont like to boast,
I think I make a really good ghost..
