In side a depressed mind

Contributed by weeme on Tuesday, 28th March 2006 @ 02:04:10 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

In side a depressed mind

Feelings of depression
Absolute despair
Feeling like your nothing
No one knows your there.
+++++
Addicted to the sadness
Addicted to the pain
Addicted to those ***** pills
That I am desperate to take again
+++++
Everyone’s getting mad at you
They can’t tolerate you any more
All this suicide/depression thing
Is getting to be a bore
+++++
You tell me to talk to someone
Well that’s all fine and well
But when you are alone and friendless
Who the hell can you tell?
+++++
So welcome to my world
Left alone to die
Now do you see how hard it is?
For me to try and smile

this is so very sad.Im so sorry for your pain.
Take care of yourself first then the rest will come. Take a hot bath, curl up and relax. TOmorrow is another day. Life rewards us with rainbows at the ends of the rains, thats what Im looking for now the sunshine and the rainbows......
Hugs
Michelle

I could totally relate to this poem. And i am not sure what i am going to say will even help you at all but here we go anyways... When i get depressed and i feel like the whole world is just dragging me down, like it has turned its back upon me and it is just sucking the life from me and i feel like i have no more will to live. I write. I sing. I cry. I scream. I talk to my walls. I talk to no one, i just talk out loud. I am a cutter and i haven't cut in almost 3 months but there are days where i feel like i have to need to because i feel so dead or i have done something wrong it seems and i have to punish myself but now i punch and punch and punch my walls. I crumble up pieces of paper. i cry. I try to release all that which has built up inside of me but it is hard. I am here for you if you ever need to talk, just p.m me... I know what it is like but i only know what i am going through and how i feel and i can only do the best that i can to help you with advice and stuff.. i liked the poem too by the way..

take care
christina
