Tears of the night

Contributed by princess-of-rock on Monday, 27th March 2006 @ 05:11:10 PM in AEST
Topic: Grief

She weeps
The night drenched
Solitary
Nobody sees
She silently bleeds
Holding herself
Holding onto sanity
She screams
Echoing through the night
Wanting him
Arms wrapped round
Tight
Crying into his chest
Sobbing
His lips
Kiss away the venom
His touch
Wipes away the agony
She looks up
The memory gone
Realizing
She can’t get relief
From the source
From the very reason
She cries
Her soul dying
Slowly
Painfully
Alone
