No Wonder

You're the sun over a shimmering ocean,
I'm just a grain of sand.
No wonder you can't see me.
You are a roll of thunder,
I am a mouse running for cover.
No wonder you can't hear me.
You are the moon on a black canvas,
I'm an immortal ant in the night.
No wonder you continuously crush me.
You are a juicy tender steak,
I am last nights pizza.
No wonder you can't taste me.
You are the air I breathe,
But I am just a simple breeze.
No wonder you can't feel me.
But I am much more
Than a piece of dirt, a rodent,
A bug, or a plate of leftovers.
No wonder we don't match up.
I'm way too good for you.

This is good, very thoughtful poem. The last line is cool, kind of positive you know.
Take care.
