Things said by the sharp tongue,
things that the blunt hand had done,
can't be justified by deeds,
nothing can close up emotional pain that bleeds.
Nothing can be said to undone what has been,
nothing can be done to fix what's within,
nothing can bring back lost time,
nothing can be done to justify crime.
Hopeless as it may seem,
everyone lives their own dream,
just a fair warning I deem,
tread carefully, because you tread on others dreams.
