Pain Is Temporary

Contributed by whiteleo1984 on Monday, 27th March 2006 @ 02:05:42 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Pain is only temporary
even tho it feels like it
will never end
Pain is only temporary
even tho we think we
will always feel this way
if you don't think you will make it
take a look at my life
I've lived thru the pain
the heartaches, and strain
and live to tell the story
I've been to hell and back
and I've got the eyes to prove it
but I'm still here
to let other's see my joy and happiness
and maybe they will wake up and see
the truth that lies within me
and the truth is very simple
Pain is only temporary
it helps us grow and mature
to make us better people in the end
pain can help us mend
it can bring out the best in us
and make us understand what we really need or want
Pain is only temporary
and everyone needs to understand that
