Is it possible to love someone too much? It seems to be. You end up wanting the too much. They become essential to your happiness. You rely on their love too much. Then you lose them. You lose everything. All that you have now are memories and a shattered love. You try to understand why you came to love them so much. But all you find are more unanswered questions and confusion. So you sever yourself from the world. You don't speak to anyone unless you have to. You no longer smile. Your senses become numb. You no longer care about what happens to you. You don't want to be here anymore. you want to be alone. You want to curl up and die. Yet all of this has a slight falseness to it. You speak freely to the one you love. You smile when they are around. Your senses come to life when they smile at you or touch you. When you are with them you care more than ever about what happens. You don't want to leave, you don't want to die anymore. And when you want to be alone, you can't stop thinking about how much you want to be with the one you love. You may want to curl up and die, yet you also want to curl up with the one you love and hold them through the night and continue living. They are all that matters to you. The love for them is too deep to destroy. Too deep to let go. So deep it won't let you give up. Your love for them won't let you sleep because it keeps you thinking about them, missing them with all your heart and soul. They are your only hope, only reason to live, only care. It seems everything you give them isn't good enough to you. If it was possible you would give them the universe but it still wouldn't be good enough. You keep thinking about the times you have shared with them. It hurts beyond description. You are so tired of crying, yet you still look back and remember it all. You still listen to love songs that rip your heart out and make you break down into tears. You just can't stop loving them. People say love isn't worth the pain. That is not true. It is more than worth it. You wouldn't trade the times you've spend with your one and only true love for anything. Just being able to hold them one last time is worth the universe and more to you. Yes love comes with a price. That price is pain, sadness, and the chance of a broken heart. But it is still worth it. Being able to be happy like that once in your life is something eveyone wants. Some search a lifetime for that kind of happiness and never find it. Some do. Some find it in the least expected places and the least expected times. You found it when you weren't looking for it and with someone you never thought possible. You found it when you were just days away from leaving this world forever. Then they, the one and only love of your life, came into your life and blew you away. They wiped away the pain and suffering. They saved you from doing something unimaginable. They saved your life. They not only saved your life, they gave you life. They showed you love. They showed you what it was like to have someone that cared. They showed you a world you never thought would ever exist for you. They lifed you up so high you could touch the stars. They gave your heart wings. They gavce you everything you could ever need and want. They became your everything. Your last hope, your reason to live, your one and only true love. They were your angel, the miracle you had been waiting for. But now... all that is ever so distant and faded. All because you need them too much. All because you let them mean too much. All because... you loved them too much.
