our dawn is the sky of falling stars
driven by blind men, believers in hopeless wars
our day is the empty ground covered in corruption
collective corpses that cannot scream to stop
our disease is clouded by rashes and riddles
their meaning unheard until the words are etched in stone
our danger is this sadness, the dark relative ruled by melancholy
slowly stealing the sand from the hourglass until it's too late
staring at the whores bathing in the suns carbon myth
