He
into night casted fired bell and strength
strengthened fooled smiles comely beauty
by feigned tears and comforted small
of back sent slithered with fingers down.
She
into night consumed indulgent star
sickened scared sunlight burdened
forthcoming illumination
scarred selflessly in maniacal love.
Lackluster paired roses brought
gobbed bloody thorn
and petal shrill of hue and pigment
shuttered in the blacknesses of
God.
Said she to he,
some saying love and slithered fingers
over spine seek blacknesses of love
and blood and roses fell behind,
and some, saying love
and scarred selflessly at fault
in books and sky
carry child borne child bearing child
breached open blood and spine
breached blue illuminations
to leave breathing child loved
by the blanched lilt of God.
