My Dream

Contributed by ShadowsCloud on Friday, 31st January 2003 @ 09:30:00 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

I dream of you most every night
I think of you each day
There's so much times you're on my mind
It seems you're here to stay

You come to me each evening
I've welcomed you with tears
For I have always loved you
Throughout these many years

You never had a face before
But were always there to care
No matter when I tried to see
Your face was never there

The day I first saw you
I knew you instantly
The moment our eyes met
I wondered, did you know me

For we had met so many times
Each night in every dream
That we weren't strangers anymore
As strange as that may seem

Your arms, your eyes, your face, your lips
Are never far from me
And I'll continue meeting you each night
With love and ecstasy

I know I've said this before Candice,
but you do have some wonderful dreams, and you certainly have the added ability of writing them down with style and passion.
I love this one!
Has he seen any of these new ones yet? I think he'll like! That's if he doesn't run a mile in fear.hehehe...
Sorry that's not funny:-) This would be my fear though, if I could get down my feelings like this for someone special to me!

With love
Dean:-)

Dean, I am glad that you like this one so much. And you are right I do have some wonderful dream. I am glad that I have the ability to write down exactly what I am thinking. Shadow has seen many of my poems about him and some of the ones he has seen he actually knows are about him. There is one that he has seen that is about him that is much more descriptive than this one, and he knows it is about him. He seems more flattered than anything else when he reads the poems that he knows are about him. So I guess that is a plus for me. It might even be a sigh that he might just be ready to hear how I feel. Me scaring him away with my intence feelings for him is one of my biggest fears.
