The snow is really falling now,
the sky is cold and dark.
There seems to be an emptiness
laying heavy on my heart.
He's been gone for many years,
I must have cried a million tears;
My Daddy's voice I still can hear,
as if he were ever so near.
The void he left behind is great,
one I can never fill;
I miss him today as yesterday,
and I guess I always will.
For the bond of a father and Daughter
is a strong eternal thing;
it's strength can only be measured
by the pain that death can bring.
