Things I'll Miss The Most

Topic: Lifepoems

Things I値l Miss The Most
~~~
When my life on earth is through,
The thing I値l miss the most is you.
I値l miss your warming smile,
That made my life worth while.
I値l miss our lovely home,
And how it痴 fit the way we致e grown.
I値l miss our arbor swing,
Listening to the bird sing.
I値l miss our precious little boy,
On his stomach, playing with his toys.
I値l miss the flowers in the spring,
And the fragrance that they bring.
I値l miss the hazy days of June,
Walking to the light of the moon.
I値l miss the dinners by candle light,
And our silly little fights.
I値l miss church on Sunday morn,
And my favorite shirt what is worn.
I値l miss picnics in the park,
And catching lighting bugs after dark.
I値l miss the rain and the snow,
And the friends I used to know.
I値l miss all my favorite things,
Like those spicy buffalo wings.
I値l miss watching the seasons change,
And the furniture you rearrange.
I値l miss the life that we shared,
And the first time you showed me how you cared.
I値l miss everything that will be new,
And not being able to share it with you.
