I love you forever, a week, and a day
but I hate it that you're so far away
It feels like we haven't talked in so long
If you were in my arms I'd sing you a song
I want you, I need you, I love you so much
I'm lonely, I miss you, If only our lips could touch
Under the fireworks, it would be great
like talking to you and staying up late
You're all that I need for me to be happy
Forgive me if this poem's a little bit sappy
But I can't help the way that I feel
Like you can't help the way that you steal
You steal my heart and my attention
You take me away to another dimension
One where you and I are the only two there
Where I get lost in your voice, and the smell of your hair
Where there are words to show how much I care
Where you and I are the perfect pair
