Close my eyes one more time
I can feel the pain now,
I am no longer numb
I can feel you as you break my heart
I know I can’t keep you
But I know that I want to
Just a little pain
What is a world of trust,
Without some pain.
What is love without the loss
What is life without the sorrow
And what am I without the pain
I cannot keep you forever
Even though I will try
I can’t stay alone forever
Though it hurts to say goodbye.
I feel this pain again,
And I know it cant be smart
To try again ,just to watch it fall apart.
I am sad, but I know
this pain that I wont show,
it is the pain that hurts the most.

This is terryfyingly good.
I like how it describes when you love a person, but you know it wouldn't work, even if you try your best, it won't last forever. |
