why should i write
something you'll never read
who's to say you care what i have to say
how will i know if you ever see
what i want you to
insecurities-i feel
why should i bother
with something you'll never care about
why should i suffer
in picking at old wounds if you'll never read a single word.

Dear Fallensilence. Ha! Ha! I did read it. So now what do you think of yourself? It was a thought well expressed. I, too, have felt low self-esteem at times when nothing I did went right. I hope this is an old thought and that you have nurtured your talents and seen their worth. Great-grandma Bizzy |
