Strangers entered the railway
Focused on not focusing
Clutching cases like children
Would a blanket,
We are all human, shouldn't that be enough?
No, the only ones to speak
Are to those not in their company,
The busy businessman to the yammering gossipers
And still, with a single song,
The sharp note of a harsh cold and
The car becomes alive, well, and aware.
Geshundeit. Bless You. Salud. Thank you.
Amazing.
Amazing how illness can bring us together,
Amazing how traditions can intertwine,
Amazing how I have never seen such beauty.
It owns up to the fact that
In the end we are all made of the same quality.
Strangers on a railway taught me that.
On that day, though unknowingly so,
Perfect strangers left that car,
Perfect.

You have penned this poem with great depth of thought..
Give yourself a well deserved pat on the back for this one.
Excellent work.
