Armageddon and chaos

Lightning strikes it's hell on earth with burning stone,
Everyone is alone,
The lights go out,
It's chaos and everyone is running about,
A little girl gets rapped and dies,
No one was there to hear her cries,
People are stealing,
Losing all feeling,
The cops don't know what to do,
Most of them are right beside you,
Fire falling from the sky,
Everyone crying I don't want to die,
It's hell on earth with burning stone,
Everyone dies alone.

It's a short poem that packs a little punch. Made me think of the news reports that were coming out of Miami in the midst of last years hurricanes. I'm sure everyone there thought it was hell on earth. This is a good poem in my humble, I like it.
