You have that smile that cheers me up
you know that smile that I love
you should smile like that more often
and when you're done, give me a hug
Yea, I know that you're having problems
and today was a bad day
but not every one is gonna be
the same way
Just look up, keep your head held high
look to the beauty of the stars
never look down
keep you're head up, cause that's where you are
Yea, I know what's going on
you tell me every time I see you
but I been thru the same
and today is gonna go a different way
Keep that smile of yours
so that everyone can see
show everyone will know
that you can still forward go
Please don't let him hold you down
keep looking up
for you will be once again be together as one
smile 4 me lady, don't show me a frown
Your smile cheers my soul
brings peace to my life
and you help me more than anyone
just by me seeing that smile in my life
Smile 4 me lady, don't give me the frown
Please keep your head up
look to the stars
for your beauty is like them
