Eat You Out

Where my warmth ends you provide the heat
Where my heart fails you supply the beat
When my head aches your voice is my relief
And as my soul abandons me
You ease this unbearable grief
In the dead of summer I crave your warmth
A viable contender for the love that I chose
A daunting endeavor
To the intense forces that oppose
I will offer you something to remember
Something tender,
I do suppose
Where my attributes don’t suffice, you are my compliment
A simple tribute, to affirm this sacred covenant
Where my intuition strays,
And I am left hung to this tall tree
You untie a choking knot
As I drop, down to you,
So freely
You make me feel worthy
For eating away,
At something so lovely
