I am just me in a world full of people
I wonder how people can be so fake
I hear the rain in the worst storm
I see the pain in a heart that has been torn
I want to help without being asked too
I am just me in a world full of people
I pretend to be happy when I'm upset
I feel blessed every single day I wake up
I touch the hands of those who are in need
I worry that I didn't do enough good deeds
I cry of excitement when I exceed in success
I am just me in a world full of people
I understand the world and there acts...NOT!!
I say Please, Thank You, Sorry, Excuse Me
I dream other people will learn to do the same
I try to be a person someone can call on and not someone to blame
I hope they see me for me...Like I said
I am just me in a world full of people
