I did it! I found my secret
I found the keys I needed
To unlock with in me, the magic
The magic that me, has lifted
I am now in the right gear
That has taken me up here
With the birds and the butterflies
The bees and the other flies
I have found freedom
And liberty burst from with in
I have found myself
Who I am and what I am about
I have found the right lighter
That underneath me has lit the bursting fire
Rocketing me way high up in the air
Flying across the sky like a perfect prayer
Its like I am having an outer body experience
I am flying in freelance
No guidelines
No rules or fine lines
It’s just the magic of freedom
Taking me where no one else has gone
I found my secret
I found the keys I needed
To unlock with in me the magic
The magic that me, has lifted
I have unleashed my fears
Daring to say the perfect prayer
Uttering the perfect words
Expressing the passion to fly with the birds
No need for fortune or fame
Just a need to fly with this firing flame
Don’t know where it will take me
But that’s ok I’m feeling free
Yes, I am flying blindly
And I don’t know where I am going
But this is the beauty
That brings the passion out of me
So high I am flying,
I can’t see the earth below me
It’s just me with the wind
And the peaceful serenity I feel with in
i found my secret
i found the keys i needed
to unlock with in me the magic
the magic that me has lifted
I dared to do what seemed impossible
I dared the release my fears, and let go
I dared myself to do it
To jump off the ground into outer orbit
And it is great I feel so free
It is great up here to be
It is amazing and liberating
For I’m feeling free
I am flying where I dared to be

| Well Shanna..... It's an ok poem, but I dread the reading of the poem by one, with that opinion, after the crash landing. We may not approve them; but there are definately rules and fine lines. I liked the " perfect prayer" bit. |
