The Devil just tries

‘Tween darkness and light
This book was a weapon

Then he gave it to Slide
And disappeared in the night ~

Another write full of pizzaz, snazzy! Your writes hold a
conviction and confidence that practically floors me

I am glad to see that Slide found God. Unlike most bluesmen, he hasn't lost his edge, however. A well done job I only wish I could hear it somewhere besides in my head.

A fine piece of work, indeed. These graphics you put together are pretty darn awesome, and do a lot to advance the mood and theme behind the writing.
