Here I gather before you
These fine ingredients
Fresh milled flour
From wheat berries,
And silver shining sugar
I opened up my food sack
For this special recipe,
Leavened with love
The temperature is hot,
It is what I set it too
Before I sifted and mixed
The white fluffy clouds,
To raise up this food to eat.
Meagan

What a lovely declaration. Literal, unpretentious, with a cadence as smoothly blended as the ingredients themselves. bravo!
