I’m afraid of death,
Forced to cower,
While my happiness,
Is locked in a tower.
I’m afraid of love,
Cause the pain it did,
I made a solemn vow,
To love forbid.
All these tings I cower from,
That haunt my lightest dreams,
But one thing I remember is
What excluded means.
I hate being pushed aside,
It keeps me awake at night,
My shadow haunts my every move,
At night I’m afraid of the night.
Only monsters accompany me,
Monsters that frightens me not you,
And sometimes I feel so cold,
And look like someone of a deathly hue.
And all of this is because,
The things said that I can’t ignore,
Things that keep me up at night,
Some of it I don’t remember what it’s for.
I may be afraid of death,
I may be afraid of love,
But the one thing I dread the most,
Is the feeling of being alone,
With the only company,
Of a shadow who’s soul is gone.
