Ball n Chain...-Stuck together-

So tired of being hurt
So tired of feeling pain
And for what its worth
I'm so tired of this chain
It locks me up like glue
It wont let me leave
I am trapped with you
And you are trapped with me
Together yet we do not know why
So close we stand
Looking at your face not seeing eye to eye
Continue lying?....I just don't think I can
I love you with all of my heart n soul
But sometimes love does't win
To be happy is my only goal
But with you...that can never begin
Don't deny it to be true
I can see it in your eyes
I can no longer stand being with you
And you can no longer stand being with I
We wake up every morning
Just as every other
No smile upon our face...its as if we are mourning
As a black cloud hovers
Sunshine was defeated by rain and thunder
Though I love you
This love if forming a blunder
And we know what we must do
We have to let it be at peace
Let it go and all will be as should
No more asking God to fix this mess...crying on our knees
We have done all that we could
No...baby please dont cry
For we have cried far too much
I think its time that we say our final goodbyes
We aren't built for this pain, all this rain and such
We could be friends
Just never tell me of another
My heart would never mend
And I would so deeply suffer
Goodbye my lost dream come true
I'm sorry that we didnt make it
I want you to know that I love you
And I'm so sorry that for so long we had to fake it
