Escaping Death

Suicide
|
Today I told death to take my life
And I begged him to.
I took the sharp bladed knife,
But it just wouldn't go through.
My destruction is what I dream
and I could care less of what others say.
I cry, I bleed, I scream,
But people just walk away.
So today I escaped death
Maybe I'll try tomorrow.
With my last dieing breath
I'll whisper away my sorrows.
