I need to get myself a destination.
There’s something I want to discover.
Maybe a new reaction,
One way or another.
Only dreams can have a way to make me win,
And maybe sometime, all my pain will one day end.
Wasting time in a young girl’s heart,
Pull me away, and let me go.
So I don’t show affection.
big deal,
get over it.
you make me feel,
like you don’t care for it.
In this barrier I stay,
This little box I wait.
Redemption in my soul,
I need to take control.
Awaiting my paradise in a pool of blood.
Alone in my dark cold chamber.
A new life, a wandering flood,
What is it like not to remember?
In the midst of the night, as the stars grew bright,
I cleared my mind, and looked out that night.
The moon was dull, and grey but silver,
Once in my long life of days, I was too a believer.
Not of god, or the devil, but of the other world,
Where there were vampires, witches, and goblins, skies that twirled.
But that was when if was a mere child, that believe in anything.
It was an illusion in my eyes; it was an early morning in spring.
There in front of me, I watched and stared.
From within my hand I held,
A silver little blade of beauty.
In my other I held pills to swallow, my time was dealt.
And my life is of cruelty.
