Stuck inside and I can’t let it out,
I won’t let it out,
I can’t let it out.
Stuck inside and I want to shout,
Shout it out to no one.
Stuck in that place, that indefinite place,
In that mixed up place,
That unsure place.
Stuck in that place where nothing is known,
Nothing is for sure.

I can’t let it face reality,
Reality’s just too real,
Don’t want it to be true, but it has to be,
But this can’t be the way that I feel.

Trapped in a world, in a different world,
An unstable world,
A distant world.
Trapped in a world that I don’t understand,
A world inside of me.
I don’t want to bring it, won’t bring it outside,
Won’t bring it to life,
I can not decide.
I don’t want to bring it out, set it in stone,
I don’t want to know that it’s real.

I can’t let it face reality,
Reality’s just too real,
Don’t want it to be true, but it has to be,
But this can’t be the way that I feel.

I keep it locked up, locked away and pretend,
I wish it would leave my mind.
This pondering, wondering has no end,
I can’t seem to leave it behind.

And I can’t let it face reality,

No, it can’t be the way that I feel,
I won’t say it’s the way that I feel…
