Daisy

Contributed by NoSaint on Monday, 27th February 2006 @ 01:57:36 PM in AEST
Topic: InspirationalPoems

Amongst the heather on the hill
A single daisy grows
Standing proud and tall
As the gentle wind blows

Neither rain nor night
Effects its radiance
Joining with the heather
It enjoys life’s dance

It matters not the difference
In color, scent or shape
This little daisy reigns
Over the hills landscape

For she knows her spirit
Is one of love and light
That my friend is why
She shines so ever bright

The heather would have
Her always in their midst
For her strength and brilliance
Is very hard to resist

This is so beautiful adorable. Such passion you have for a single flower full of spirit and the heather warms her in the light... one strong pretty flower... even the wind brushes love on her lightly..
