Eternity Eyes

Topic: StoryPoetry

Shadows from eternity
Glance across her eyes
Mysteries so ancient
She so adeptly spies

Into your soul she reaches
With her eyes near black
Once you look in them
There is no turning back

With lips fully in a pout
She whispers what she has seen
Her truths have been known
To turn many a person green

She delves to your darkest spot
With little but a glance
Offers her wisdom
Giving you a second chance

Healing is her words now
After the initial shock
Of her statements
It is better to take stock

For she sees clearly
Who you truly are
And she hopes to show
You, how to be better by far

Angel, demon or just a seer
No one is quite sure
But I believe
She acts with intent pure

What can I say. You have been on a roll lately. Not that your other work before the late has not been good, in fact that work has been splendid. I just feel in you latest form you have definitely found your nich. I am so impressed with your last handful of poems.

Not impressed as in good job, but as in literary credit. I think these last five or so can actually be published in english lit books. You tell tales gently. I am so moved.

EXCELLENT!
