trapped in myself, caged in my mind
my sanity I cannot find
drowning in tears, hope is dried out
my happiness I've been without
help it or hide it, one must be done
the games in my head are o longer fun
im knocking and screaming, just open the door
my pleas fall on deaf ears, im trapped forever more
