Snow is falling from the sky
Tears are streaming from my eyes
The blizzards coming plain to see
From what bruises you have give to me
Bundle up the journey’s cold
From the tales whip-lashes told
I venture out into the white
As you lift away my light
Sinker deeper with each step
Fading faster, loss of breath
Wet around me when I fall
Buried deeply beneath it all
Covered now it is too late
Blocked out vision, no escape
