No matter how much goes wrong throughout my life
The mistakes I have made and will make in the future
will always haunt me,
Of this much I am sure
There are things in my past and present I am not happy about
But yet there is no cure
I can't seem to find a way to deal with all this anguish
Although I wish that I could
The present seems like an awful fantasy
I wish I knew how to endure
I have tried so many options and went so many ways
I just only need one option to better all my days
I had a dream a couple nights ago
It was about me and my feelings, redemption, and being set free
I had a dream that the lord; Our savior
came to me
he whisperd small praises telling me to fly free
I had an awful nightmare
He changed it to a dream
To tell me that he loves me so my soul he would redeem
I have been washed of all my impurities and cleansed of all my sin
So that My lord and Jesus can guide me as I fly through the gusty wind
