Youthful Aspirations

Tinted windows
complete with sarcasm
and deceit.
Sleepless nights
with condoms
and birth control.
A peaceful sleep
for all eternity.
As children
we once wished
to be invisible.

A very perceptive and piercing observation. I think it makes its point clearly, mayhap the author's note might be included in some fashion in the poem?
Keep up the great work.
