His legs trembled
Pushing up for relief
A man of the dark of night
His chest burned
He tried to breathe
He's terribly troubled
Gaul vinegar
Take and drink
From the dark of night
If You are God
Save us save Yourself
All are sinners Father forgive them
They know not what they do
Father You and I are One
With legs He pressed up
Burning excruciating pain
His chest crushed weakening
Cries ever so cruel
Leave this Man alone
He has hurt no one
At His feet the one He loved
Mother Mary full of sorrow
Did she know as she grieved
This Man has done no wrong
Jesus remember me
Lightning flashes
The earth shook and cracked
Darkness overcome the earth
Today you will be in Paradise
Come follow and see
Sinned

Thank you Dennis for composing and posting this.
Yes, HIS passion - all for us sinners.
So beautifully done in His honor. and so apprio0poriate for the coming Lenten season.
May your reward be abundant blessing.
