Feel the noose unfold

Contributed by In_a_While on Tuesday, 14th February 2006 @ 01:56:25 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Like another bird dead falling
Looking up hear no one calling
I have to have you cut in half
It's just another empty laugh

Put the patient back in bed
lead them back dead morphine said
I can't feel the noose unfold
Let me help decide who told

"He's just another rat gone wrong!
Tell him how to not belong"
"He's a cancer in this heart
No one's answer stands apart!!"

Set yourself on fire asleep
Light a smoke inhale disease
I can't have a scent to smell
i'm this candle sent to hell

Put the madness back in place
Let the dust rest, distort face
Chew on self to release help
no one knows what's inside hell

"Bones of ashes read me gone!
Know this shadow fade by dawn"
"I know you don't know me well!
My soul's always been this shell!!"

I can't find the words, your past three writes have left me speechless. They're completely anguished and tormented but their restless and hopeful as well. DW you must be going through the most tragic of times, i can feel you slowly losing grip through this write. Hang on, you are strong you are a master not a slave, take a hold of what is trying to destroy you, turn the tables. drugs are brutal for they let you destroy yourself, don't allow that to happen, the fight is from hell it will be an eternal fight but winning that fight begins with the courage to stand up and be the front man in a daily battle, look at it hourly and forget the eternity of it. You are an artist, a master a viking.

~f*** you all who never said i was something to believe in~weepingprophet

You have left me speechless. Such natural talent! Though I don't know if its your style, I just had difficulties reading it. Perhaps add a little more punctuation?

Dwayne,
I second weepingprophet's comment.
There is alot going on in ur life at the moment. You are trying so hard to free yourself from the grasps of drugs. You are a fighter Dwayne and I have so much faith in u my friend. You are a slave to nobody.
You're a special, talented and gifted artist who has so much going for him.
Pm me okay. I need to know how u are going.
Chin up sweet guy, u can do it.
*much love and big heartfelt hugs for u*
