The only one....

Topic: FriendshipPoetry

How can you define friendship you ask me?
Then I smile,
only one name comes to mind.

Is there really a person who has,
both truth and beauty,
You ask me?
Then I smile,
only one name comes to mind.

Is is possible to be perfect
and still have flaws,
you ask me?
Then I smile,
only one name comes to mind.

Is there really someone out there,
who will talk to you on the phone all night,
just because you are frightened,
you ask me?
then I smile,
only one name comes to mind.

Is there really someone out there,
who actaully listens to your every word,
you ask?
then I smile,
only one name comes to mind.

I know she will be with me through,
thick and thin.
Through tears and sorrow,
through laughs and smiles.

And she is the only one,
I will every trust..

Ashley Nicole Phillips
is all of the above and even more.
