this weekend i endoured some cold and snowy wheather
but I stayed warm knowing that soon we'd be togeather
from day one I knew that it wouldn't be long
before we stood togeather to sing a true love song
a song about two young lovers living happily ever after
a life filled with endless romance and senceless laughter
so today I packed my bags and tonight i'll hit the street
headed for that long lost love i've been dying to meet
so i'll bid farewell to my family and to my friends
and say hello to a new life that i hope never ends

get some help with your spelling and presentation of poetry, and your rhymes are a bit too forced in most cases. this also seems like the typical write for this genre, so it lacked originality. your title was the best. |
