YOUR PRESENCE

Though you’re not here, you really are
I can see your face in the stars
Presence more than physical being
A feeling stronger than is seeing

With words it’s hard to explain
Like the peace of a rain
Don’t even know when you did start
You live deep down within my heart

But I feel you are here
So nothing will I fear
Thoughts of you overpowers
I think of you all the hours

Where I go you’ll go with me
Just like a thrilling love story
Through the earth and heavens, too
I’ll always know I’ve got you
