One More Reason

Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Give me one more reason
Tell me I should say goodbye
'Cause the million that I have
Aren't enough to change my mind

Is it wrong to say I love you
When I know it isn't true?
It's only said to hear something
Anything from you

The longer we're together
The less I seem to know
I still see "us" forever
Still I must let you go

But give me one more reason
'Cause I can't seem to see
Fault of any kind in you
You'll always be the one for me

I say no one else is worthy
But neither are you now
I guess that I have no one
I'm forever lonely-bound

One more reason's all I need
And you're no longer mine
So tell me when it comes to you
Let's please not waste more time

I can't seem to do this on my own
So tell me what to do
The last thing I want is for you to go
But I can't say the same for you

I have reason a-plenty
So just say the word
One more reason's all I need
And I'm someone else's girl

A very emotional write on your pursuit to figure out what the right choice is. Excellent!

Please check out some of my poetry, if you have time. Thank you.
