Here I am
Walking alone,
Down the hallway
I see everyone else
Laughing with their friends.
I stand there
And simply wish,
A friend would come along
So that I
Would feel less pitiful.

Quit it, you're not a social reject, let alone the biggest one ever. I was "unique" in school, and yes at times I went through hec. But, I stayed true to myself. You are a unique individual, be patient there is a kindred spirit out there for you.....just keep looking. Keep a smile on your face. Remember....ya got all of us here at YPDC. Peace to you, Laura |

Sometimes when you want to be accepted or conform, you have to look at those around you and ask your self..........Do I really want to be like them or be my unique self.?
If people don't accept you for the way you are, what kind of people are they anyway ?
Good luck

As far as I see, your poetry makes me see some mirrors of myself! |
