Why feel wrong when finding love is right

Contributed by kamal on Tuesday, 7th February 2006 @ 01:29:15 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

When obligated to a partner should one live stuck & miserable NO!
You deplace yourself from it knowing you are an individual,
Whos heart needs whatever it takes to be pleased,
But not selfishly because that opens a door for vanity,
It normally takes years & years of abuse in order for us to know the truth about people,
Sometimes by then its too late & your life has already been condition to their evil,
Evil because it was love that brought us together but hate that separated us,
Who can you trust when unhappenly married,
So why feel wrong when you found love outside your family,
We can’t take life for granted nor the things we choose to do while living,
The problem is how to avoid from sinning because a different love sucked you in,
So now you made a brave choice but only time determines if that’s a wise decision….

Great poem, great message here.. First thing comes to my mind is all about Forgiveness:

Being honest to oneself and to others is the best policy. Forgiveness of oneself and others, never letting ourselves off the hook, knowing we must always hold ourselves and others accountable for the way we act. That does not mean we punish ourselves or try to get revenge with others. We show our love, our respect and we do not abuse ourselves or others at any time. We can all be great listeners and helpers, and yet we do not need to walk on or get walked on. Always be ready to decide to forgive no matter what the situation is, do not set yourself or others up to be continually hurt, attacked or abused. Of course, there will always be those that continue to hurt us through life, we can either look outward at them, or stay stuck and angry at ourselves. Trust in Him, who is good, who will help you through. God forgives, He never says no to us. Self-righteous people show grace and their attitudes are all love. Yes, we might be pressured into false emotional living.. a lot out there can trigger our emotions, so this is why we focus on His love, while we all struggle emotionally in all areas. And thank God He taught us all about what forgiveness is. Forgive and let go, do not resent.. emotional healing begins there..bad choices, good choices, yes, we all find out the consequences to whether we chose right or not.. I pray you well this day and all days, peace and joy to you always.. hugs from me, raquelleah
