Can you recite the words I can't speak?
Can you guide me where I can't see?
Could you nurse me if I was bleak?
Could you bend these bars so I can be free?

Can you feel things for me when I'm numb?
Can you bring me resolution when I long?
Could you give me air when I suffocate silently?
Could you sing to me when I am deaf to the song?

Will you be part of this dream with me?
Won't it be too much hassle to believe me?
Would you give up your dreams?
Would you go or would you stay?

Soft whispers of the unknown,
tread swiftly on times gone wrong,
singing sun-shine songs,
unbelievable how much we've had grown...

It has been so long,
it feels like yesterday,
tomorrow is just a day away,
what did we do wrong?

I count the days, the watch solemnly ticks,
hours past, oppertunities vast...
crying of the hidden pain it inflicts.

You seem to take it easy,
few worries yet so many,
I wish I could be there,
I'm running but you just keep floating away,
like a bad dream...

So many times... past is past,
forgive and forget, always understand,
late nights inside I cried,
will you believe me if I say I tried?

aww this is kind of sad but i did enjoy reading it... good job!!^_^
