You were the first Doctor to star on Doctor Who.
The show became a hit because of you.
When you left the show in 1966, you were bound to be missed.
You were forced to leave because of multiple sclerosis.
Your performance as the Doctor was quite great.
After you became ill, the writers had to make the Doctor regenerate.
Fans will always cherish the shows that you made.
You pioneered a show that ran for over two and a half decades.
I first saw your shows in 1988 on PBS.
When I saw you perform, I was impressed.
You were a great asset to the world of Sci-Fi.
Your fans suffered a great loss on the day that you died.
