they tell me dont rock the boat we are fine where we lay
but watching this world and the disregard we display
i cant stand by and watch as we destroy and burn
for a new world of sin and other stuff we learn
live in glass houses i have a arm full of rocks
build your high wall and all twelve of your locks
my word are free and shine on the screen
someday my words will come by your scene
you think your free from harm in your home
but the world isnt protected in a huge metal dome
we all are weak to weather violence and death
what makes you diffrent from all the rest
until i get capsized ill sit in my boat
throwing rocks and continue to float
when that day comes when we finally drown
i hope forgivness is all that you found

When we look at this world and then know that a holy and infinitely perfect God created it and us, we can appreciate His majesty and wonder. We still cannot ignore the fact that this world is far from perfect, for there is sin in it.
Man fell, and is still contaminating the world He created. No, God does not lack anything of Himself that prompted His creative act to make this world and us. He was not lonely or bored.
How could we possibly think that... He is eternally self-sufficient and perfect.
So then we may ask why did God make us, why did He want our love? Well, because its God's word. God is love, and we were made out of Love.
John 1. 3: 14 We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
John 1. 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
His nature of love is to give. He cannot love without giving, and He gave us our world. We must do the same thing. We may try to give without loving, but it will never be that God can love without giving. God is Love. His word is Love.
With everything going on just know this:
According to Him, there is no greater demonstration of love than self sacrifice to the point of death. The two greatest commandments spoken by Jesus is to love God, and to love your neighbor. Jesus was God in flesh who loved the Father perfectly and He loves us completely by laying down His life for us. This was the greatest and most perfect act of love.
It is now our turn to resist in sinning as much as we can, love Him back by showing a perfect act of love, and perhaps.. lay down our life for His friends.
Here are some food for thought:
Psalm 130:4 But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.
Daniel 9:9 To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgivenesses, though we have rebelled against him;
Mark 3:29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
Acts 13:38 Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:
Acts 26:18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
Ephesians 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
Colossians 1:14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
It may have been your rant, but to me it was a lovely poem.. I Thank you for its wisdom you brought to me as your reader...hugs from me.. raquel leah..
