Miss

Topic: secrets

I miss...
like the night misses the day,
formed life from clay,
thankful for the each day of bliss,
I'll always miss... you

The dreams of drowning are gone,
forever but I still won't forget...
the good times and the bad,
you live in memories each day which none are of regret,
sometimes I still get mad,
but I'll always admit I'm wrong...

I miss you like the desert misses the ocean,
the end of night and the beginning of each day,
I miss you when I look at other people and with each emotion,
I remember your smile everytime I'm grey...

You keep me standing in the midst of wars,
not forgotten but known by few,
you are in each breath and roar,
you are the passion that made me start to live anew...

You calm me like God calmed those lions in the den,
you are the very source of the ink that flows from this pen,
you were always there, but not in flesh,
I'll call your name with my very last dying breath...

You made me whole, you made me feel,
you made me understand things that seemed unreal,
you gave perspective, you taught me much,
you made understand and you have my trust...

I'll wait till the apocolypse reaches its end,
till all life is diminished, all life is dead,
you ask me for now to just be a friend,
but know for sure, no matter what...
I'll be your friend till the end.

And until that one day comes that we will see eachother again,
never forget, to me, you have been always more to me than a friend,
if I believed in soul mates... this would be it,
I've always loved you since we met,
till that one day comes... the time seems so long,
I'll wait for you till the very end...

Beautiful but very sad...
