she delivered me in waves of twisted turmoil
dragged before release
tasting air the warmth of freedom touch of soil
wraped in tin foil put to freeze
unbridled love with venom tongue
the taste of sulfur on her breath
trying to corrupt the man within
you feed me hate and scorn of damage done
but to young to feed my own
scared of your words i choke on you foul
help please
mistakes been made thats years of trodden intoxins
we are much older now
you claim your innocences a vision of white
stained skin and fangs of red
i pen this today for you
to forgive i confused but ok
goodbye

I like how it means so much in the shortness
but so little vouching for it's length

Sounds like you are having a conversation with one of the devils cohorts which happens to be a female. Once lured into the realm of the devil, and knowing that now, tries to get away from the demons. Very good write, that is what I got out of this. thank you for reading my poems too. raquelLeah |
