Flashing lights mean turn around

Contributed by EVERxSOxSWEET on Sunday, 29th January 2006 @ 10:41:07 PM in AEST
Topic: drugabuse

Flashing lights beating off the walls of a basement downtown lure her inside
she knows she doesnt belong here but on a night like this,
these doors are just begging to be opened
theres nowhere else that has what she needs
slowly she stumbles in, her hand on the wall bracing her
and whispers something into the ear of a person nearby
he tells her to follow him, and he'll set her up with something real good
she laughs and puts her hands on his waist and goes along
around the corner they enter a room with no lights
he says to wait a minute, he'll get what she needs
have a seat, make yourself at home
minutes past, she takes off her jacket
it must be ***** 90 degrees in this place, she thinks
she hears a noise and he returns
with his friends
something isnt right
no, just back off, i'll get it somewhere else
she says and tries to back out of the door
but thats not what they want to hear
hands over mouth
hands around neck
up against the wall....
no this can't be happening
why me? she questions over and over in her head
she closes her eyes
and blocks it all out
fades away
into darkness, where she cant hurt.
