Killed by a TV

Contributed by randyjohnson on Friday, 27th January 2006 @ 09:20:33 AM in AEST
Topic: fictional

She lied when she promised not to take a TV with her when she bathed.
When the TV fell in the tub, she couldn't be saved.
She was killed by 110 volts of electricity.
It didn't only kill her, it also killed me.
She lied and I will never understand why.
Now I sit in misery everyday and cry.
She wanted to see the last episode of friends.
How can I go on now that her life has come to an end?
I will never get over losing my beloved wife.
Now I'm doomed to be in misery for the rest of my life.

Nice irony in this fictional poem. Not wanting to miss the last episode of Friends the wife is killed and the husband loses his best friend for ever. Good write.
